The C3 Initiative exist to unlock the STEM potential in the minds of black youth to solve the problems of tomorrow.

VISION

We will develop a pipeline of 1 million black youth coders, makers & designers to address the diversity challenges in the tech industry.

What if the worlds’ most advanced life-saving technology is trapped inside the mind of a child that has no access to tech education or resources? What if we viewed diversity as less of a metric and more of a mindset?

The C3 Initiative develops programs that build and improve programming skills in black youth ages 8-18. Our approach to learning is what makes us unique.
